COVID-19 Procedures
As a home services franchisor of many essential businesses, we developed a high standard of COVID safety protocols. Our brands, 360° Painting, Maid Right, ProLift Garage Doors, Handyman Pro, Renew Crew, and Kitchen Wise are working to provide needed home services while protecting their crews and customers. We work with owners to implement these protocols in their businesses to keep everyone safe and maintain the confidence our communities place in us. By sustaining trust through our adjusted business model and additional safety precautions, our franchises have experienced growth during COVID.
Our COVID safety procedures cover three factors: workplace hygiene, customer safety, and open communication.
We will practice good workplace hygiene:
• Driving to work in separate vehicles.
• Cleaning all high-touch areas of work vehicles at the end of the workday.
• Cleaning our hands with soap often and using hand sanitizer when available.
• Keeping a safe distance (6 feet) from others, even if they are not displaying symptoms.
• Staying home when sick.
• Daily wipe down of all tools.
• Employees will be provided with gloves and masks upon request.
We will do our best to keep customers safe:
• Before entering a customer’s home or property, we will communicate that we’re healthy and ask if our customer is as well.
• Instead of shaking hands, we will greet each other verbally without any contact and stay 6 feet apart at all times.
• We will utilize personal protective equipment (masks, gloves, booties) where it is possible and safe to use.
• Cleaning frequently touched surfaces before, during, and after working.
• Wiping down left-over paint cans or other materials before leaving with customers at the end of the job.
We ask our customers to please keep an open line of communication with us:
• Let us know in advance of your scheduled appointment if you have any concerns or if you would like us to take any special precautions.
• Please notify us if anyone in the household has health issues or might be sick.
Our methods let our customers know we value them and their safety, and our increased revenue numbers demonstrate that people trust us.
