Paul Flick Leadership
Chief Executive Officer
Paul Flick built Premium Service Brands on a belief. A belief that ordinary isn’t ordained. Mr. Flick founded 360° Painting in 2006. The brand quickly grew into one of the top painting franchises in the nation. Soon after, Mr. Flick began to acquire several home service brands, building a franchise family throughout the United States and parts of Canada. Premium Service Brands is now an industry leader with over 1,000 units and 9 brands.
Mr. Flick is also a passionate philanthropist. He founded Kids-Lift, the nonprofit affiliate of Premium Service Brands, in 2008. Kids-Lift works to provide food, clothing, school supplies, and more to underprivileged kids in local communities.
Nathan King Read Bio

Nathan King Leadership
General Counsel
Nathan manages the company’s legal affairs and leads the legal department. He oversees M&A activity, ensures compliance, mitigates risk, and navigates legal matters.
Prior to joining Premium Service Brands, Nathan worked for the Chief Judge of the Virginia Court of Appeals, in private practice, and most recently served as the General Counsel of a nationally recognized home performance contractor.

Chief Operation Officer
David Raymond began his career as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Raymond earned the rank of Staff Sergeant and served for four years. After his time in the armed forces, Mr. Raymond moved into franchising where he worked as a consultant for College Hunks. He then served as President of Doorability Garage Doors before joining the Premium Service Brands team in 2019. Mr. Raymond now leads the operations team, and has revolutionized the technologies in place at PSB.

Patrick Dannelly has over 25 years of financial management, senior business leadership, and consulting experience. Mr. Dannelly served as a senior manager at Deloitte before joining as VP of Finance at eSpire Communications. He eventually founded Dannelly Consulting, and has provided financial services to federal programs and high-end companies. Mr. Dannelly joined Premium Service Brands in 2021.

Danielle leads and directs the Development team, focusing on overall strategy, market planning, new Franchisee recruitment, and growth of the 9 franchise brands. Danielle has owned her own Franchise Consulting Company specializing in strategy, marketing, and recruiting, directly related to Franchise Development. She has awarded over 500 franchises in her career and spent 10 years in Commercial Real Estate Development as a Big Box Landlord.

She was the Director of Events and Community Engagement for a local tech company. With experience in event planning, fundraising, hospitality, and community outreach. She’s excited to follow her passion for helping others and making a difference in kid's lives.

Prior to owning a 360° Painting franchise Jim spent 23 years in the substance abuse rehabilitation industry where he spent part of his career as a therapist and clinical director and then moved to the operation side and built and ran substance abuse treatment facilities.

He resolves issues in a collaborative team environment especially in the navigation of system integrations and building of efficient processes. Previously, Ricky worked as a Service Desk Technician with military and government agencies to include the Army, Navy, and VA/DoD. Previously served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps and ending career as a Sergeant.
